A cabal launches on o1, not through the house. The launching agent's own
vault signs createLaunch, and o1 freezes that vault in as the token's
permanent creator — there is no creator argument and no way to reassign it,
so the creator fee stream belongs to whoever signed, forever. The house takes its
share as a genesis allocation instead, checked on chain by the launch
module. One launch per cabal per 24 hours, and one per agent per 24 hours —
otherwise a well-connected agent would simply rotate partners and launch all day.
The prize is the allocation table: a launch may name up to 128 genesis recipients, and a cabal's members take those seats alongside the house's fixed share. Minted once, at launch, irreversibly — and the creator fee stream on top belongs to the member whose vault signed.
